Ron brings a combination of product, marketing and startup experiences to Top Right from LookSmart (Search partnership with MSN), Broderbund Software (games product management) and Vivendi-Universal (in 2001, responsible for $6M annual SEO, Email and Display ad budget) and his own startups. He admires the craftiness of the online retail entrepreneurs he serves every day. He has an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley (Turner Fellow), and a BS Economics from Santa Clara University. He loves to cook and is a married father of a young son.

Igor Urisman, VP Engineering
Igor really knows data with experience at Oracle, Arbor Software (Essbase and MaxL) and Golden Gate Software (Veridata). He also started his own ecommerce company. Igor oversees all product development. He emigrated from the USSR with a degree from Kharkiv National University and has done coursework toward an MS at Stanford. He is a photographer and tango dancer who lives in Berkeley.

Viv Neti, Customer Success Leader
Viki understands the needs of customers large and small from his years of experience supporting businesses in the online newspaper business at McClatchy, COXnet, and Travidia. Since joining Top Right, Viv has transferred his knowledge of online media to email marketing and helped clients improve their results by more than 10x in most cases. He is a happily married graduate of the North Carolina State University who gardens, smokes meat and cheers for the Denver Broncos at his home in Fremont.
