We use the Yahoo! order API. It is secured not by our industry standard security protocols but also by Yahoo!’s protocols. The data transfer is very secure.

Segmentation
What type of segments can I create?

In short, with simple groups like shoppers and customers. Shoppers can be broken down into many subgroups, such as engaged, clicked on specific emails, shown interest in certain products, etc. Customers can be grouped by purchases characteristics: New/old, big spenders, many time buyers, recent buyers. Do you provide email templates?
We have a couple of simple email templates. Generally, our clients have an email template they like before they start with Top Right. Or, they work with one of our design partners to create one that is custom to their liking.

How do you track revenue for an email campaign?
Top Right looks at people who have interacted with emails and then compares the recent order history to find a “match”. It’s simple and doesn’t require any code to be inserted in the shopping cart or on any page of the website.
