P1  You must have successfully registered for a free Top Right customer dashboard. If you have not registered please click here to register 

Solution

1.  Click here to login to the Top Right Customer Dashboard

2.  Click on the Upload Tab

3. The following screen should appear:




3.1 In User name, type in the Yahoo! user name you use to access the store

      In Password, type in your Yahoo! password

      In Security Key, type in your Yahoo! Security Key

      Store Name is the name of the store as it appears in your Small Business console. The image below is an example of a store name



3.2 Click on Next 

4. Start is the order number that you begin downloading.  To find the most recent order number, check the top of the Dashboard.  Example- (last order id = 11983).  Enter most recent order number

End is the last order that you download. It is OPTIONAL, by default it will continue downloading orders until the last order is reached

4.1  Click on Next

5. Make sure the following values are correct: Store name          User name           Orders Range

5.1 Click on Download and Refresh Dashboard

6. The order download process has started and you will see the following screen:

7. Once the orders have downloaded from your Yahoo store you will see the following screen:

8.1 To verify success click on the DASHBOARD tab and look for the following line:

Customer Dashboard for www.yourstore.com as of MM/DD/YYYY (last order id = XXXXX)

MM/DD/YYYY should be todays date

XXXXX should be your last order id from your Yahoo store
