Scenario

You are transitioning from your old email provider to Top Right/Email Labs. You need to transfer your existing subscriber and unsubscriber list from your old provider to Email Labs.

For Constant Contact customers please click on the following article to learn how to export and submit your email lists from Constant Contact, 

     Export & Upload your Current Email List from Constant Contact 

For Campaigner customers please click on the following article to learn how to export your email list from Campaigner, 

     Export & Upload your Current Email List from Campaigner 

If Constant Contact or Campaigner is not your provider then please do the following:

1. Export a list of active subscribers in CSV format. Active subscribers include subscribers and soft bounces.

2. Export a list of unsubscribers in CSV format. Unsubscribers include unsubscribes and hard bounces

3. Once you have both lists please email them to customersuccess@topright.com . In the subject line please enter the following information [Store Name] Subscriber/Unsubscriber Lists
